Why Ninja Softeq

Video Editing That Fits Your Business

Running a small business leaves little time for editing videos. That’s where Ninja Softeq comes in. We handle the editing work, turning your recorded footage into professional videos that suit your business and the platforms you use. From a single promotional video to regular social media content, we help you get more from your footage without adding extra work to your day.

Make Better Use of Your Footage

Already have product clips, interviews or business recordings? We select the useful moments, remove unnecessary footage and bring everything together into a clear, well-edited video that is ready to share.

Videos That Represent Your Business

Your videos should reflect the quality of your business. We focus on clean transitions, balanced audio, clear captions and consistent visuals to give your content a professional finish.

Flexible Editing for Your Needs

Some businesses need a one-off promotional video, while others need fresh content every month. We offer editing support based on your project requirements, without the commitment of hiring a full-time employee.

Video Editing Services

What Our Video Editing Services Include

Our video editing service covers post-production: everything that happens after the camera stops. Cutting and sequencing, colour and sound balancing, captions and lower thirds, basic graphics, and final export in the formats you need. Pick the area closest to what you are working on.

Social Media Video Editing

Short vertical video is where most small businesses get seen now, and it is also the format that eats the most time. We cut long footage down into Reels, TikToks and Shorts, add burned-in captions, trim the dead air at the front and export at 9:16 so nothing important sits under the interface.

  • Vertical 9:16 edits for Reels, TikTok and Shorts
  • Burned-in captions, styled to your brand
  • Hook-first cuts from longer recordings
  • Batches of clips from one filming session

YouTube Video Editing

Long-form needs pacing more than it needs effects. We tighten the rambling sections, clean up the audio, drop in B-roll and on-screen text where it helps, and keep the edit consistent from one upload to the next so the channel looks like one thing rather than twelve different ones.

  • Long-form edits with pacing and dead-air removal
  • Intros, outros and repeatable channel templates
  • Chapters, on-screen text and B-roll placement
  • Thumbnail stills pulled from your footage

Business and Promotional Video Editing

A promotional video usually has one job: explain what you do to someone who has never heard of you. We build these from your own footage, interviews and shots of the work, add your logo and colours, and keep the running time short enough that people watch to the end.

  • Company and “about us” videos
  • Service explainers and case study edits
  • Testimonial and interview cutdowns
  • Brand-consistent titles, logos and colours

Product and Ecommerce Video Editing

Product video sells better when it is clear rather than clever. We edit clips of the product in use into something tidy enough for a listing page or an ad, keep the colour consistent across every angle, and give you the same edit at the sizes each channel asks for.

  • Product demo and unboxing edits
  • Listing and landing page video
  • Consistent colour across clips and angles
  • Square, vertical and landscape versions of the same edit

Podcast and Interview Video Editing

Multi-camera podcast footage is slow to cut by hand. We sync the angles, switch between speakers, clean up the audio, take out the stumbles and false starts, then pull short clips out of the episode so you have social content from the same recording.

  • Multi-camera syncing and speaker switching
  • Audio levelling and background noise reduction
  • Filler and false-start removal
  • Short clips cut from the full episode

Video Post-Production and Finishing

Sometimes the edit exists and it just needs finishing properly. We take a rough cut or a near-final sequence and sort the parts that let it down: uneven sound, mismatched colour, missing captions, the wrong export settings for where it is going.

  • Colour correction and matching between clips
  • Audio levelling, music beds and noise reduction
  • Subtitles, SRT files and on-screen graphics
  • Final export in the formats and sizes you need

Professional Video Editing for Your Business

Video Editing for Different Business Needs

Every business uses video differently. An online retailer may need product demonstrations, while an estate agent might want property walkthroughs that highlight key features. Consultants and professional service providers often need webinar highlights, client interviews or educational content. We tailor each edit to its intended purpose, keeping the message clear, the presentation professional and the content relevant to its audience.

We edit your footage, we do not film it

Worth being clear about, because the two get bundled together. Ninja Softeq is a post-production service. We work from footage you supply, whether that was filmed on a phone, by a videographer or on a webinar platform. We do not send a crew or shoot on location. If your footage is unusable we will tell you before you pay for an edit, and we will say what to re-record to make it work.

Our Approach

How a Video Editing Project Runs

How long an edit takes depends on how much footage there is, how organised it is and how many versions you need. Here is the sequence so you know what you are agreeing to before you send anything over.

Tell us what the video is for

A short call or email covering the purpose, the audience, where it will be published and roughly how long it should be.

Keyword and competitor research

We find the searches that bring in customers, not just visitors.

We review and confirm the scope

We watch what you have sent, flag anything unusable, then confirm the deliverables and the quote in writing before editing starts.

Editing and preparation

Cutting, sequencing, colour, sound, captions and graphics, built towards the brief agreed in step one.

You review, we adjust

You get a draft to watch and comment on. Send changes as a timecoded list and the next version comes back with them applied.

Final files delivered

Signed-off video delivered in the agreed formats and aspect ratios, with caption files where they form part of the job.

Scope and Pricing

How a Video Editing Quote Is Worked Out

There is no single price for video editing, because a thirty second Reel cut from clean footage and a forty minute multi-camera podcast are not the same piece of work. Tell us what you have and what you need back, and you will get a written quote for that specific job rather than a package you have to fit yourself into.

01 / SCOPE

What the footage is like

Total running time, how many camera angles, the state of the audio, and whether the clips are labelled or arriving as one unsorted folder.

02 / SCOPE

What the finished video needs

Final length, captions, graphics or titles, music, and how many deliverables and aspect ratios come out of the same edit.

03 / SCOPE

One project or ongoing

A single promotional video is quoted on its own. Regular monthly content is quoted on the volume and turnaround you need.

What Our Clients Say

Video Editing Services

Video Editing Services: Frequently Asked Questions

Your raw footage, plus anything that should appear in the edit: logo, brand colours, fonts, music you have licensed, and a voiceover if there is one. Tell us the final length and where the video is being published. If you have a rough running order or a script, send that too. Upload everything through Google Drive or WeTransfer.

Yes. Most of the footage small businesses send us was filmed on a phone, and modern phone cameras are good enough for social, product and interview video. What matters more is lighting and sound. If a clip is too dark or the audio is unusable, we will tell you before you pay for an edit and suggest how to re-record it.

Yes. We edit vertical 9:16 video for Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts, square 1:1 for feed posts, and landscape 16:9 for YouTube and websites. One recording can produce several of these. Captions are burned in for social platforms, where most people watch with the sound off, and supplied as a separate SRT file for YouTube.

No. Ninja Softeq is a video editing and post-production service. We work from footage you supply, whether that came from your phone, a videographer you hired, a webinar recording or an existing library of clips. We do not shoot on location and we do not operate cameras or drones. If you need filming, arrange it separately and send us what comes back.

Yes. You get a draft to review before anything is finalised. Send your changes as a list against timecodes, for example “replace the shot at 00:42” or “the music is too loud from 01:10”, and the next version comes back with them applied. The number of review rounds included is set out in your written quote before editing begins.

It depends on the job, so every project is quoted individually. The main factors are how much raw footage there is, how long the finished video needs to be, whether captions or graphics are involved, and how many deliverables come out of the edit. Send us the footage details and what you need back, and you will get a written quote.

Yes. Our office is in East London and we work with clients across the UK, Europe and the Middle East. Everything runs remotely: briefs by call, email or WhatsApp, footage and finished files by Drive or WeTransfer. Plenty of our work happens across time zones, so being in Dublin, Amsterdam, Berlin or Dubai does not change the process.
